Teacher Emily dances with the SF Opera

This month, Teacher Emily will be performing in productions of Parsifal and The Monkey King with the San Francisco Opera! Emily highly recommends The Monkey King (performances November 14–30) for students and their families. The Monkey King is a brand new production of the classic Chinese tale, with incredible puppetry, amazing scenic design, and lots of exciting stage magic. The costumes are colorful, intricate, and awesome—Emily has five costume changes in Act I alone! This opera is action-filled and made with kids in mind.

One performance will be livestreamed for at-home viewers, on November 18 at 7:30pm (followed by an on demand period which starts on Nov. 23 at 10am and ends Nov. 25 at 10am). you can use this link to view the livestream for free: https://www.sfopera.com/xx81/
