We were named a SF Legacy Business!
We are honored to share that Steppin' Out Dance Studio has been named a San Francisco Legacy Business in recognition of our 30 years enriching the community! We are one of eleven businesses honored this year. Angela accepted the award at City Hall on June 23rd (pictured above) after giving a moving speech about Steppin' Out's programs and community.
Performance videos
Earlier today, we sent out the performance videos via an email to all students who participated in our end of the year performances. Please enjoy watching your lovely performance, and feel free to download and share with family/friends who were unable to attend the live performance. If you didn't receive the performance link, please email Angela.
Fall class schedule
Click the button below to get a head start on planning out your fall schedule! This year, you might notice that some of our classes are labeled only by level, while others are labeled by both age and level. We're hoping to clarify that when it comes to our Intermediate and Advanced classes, students are placed into the level that is the best fit for them, recognizing that every student is an individual progressing at their own rate.
If a class is labeled Advanced or Intermediate I, II, III, or IV, this means that students must be placed into the class. If you are new to Steppin' Out, please contact Angela to schedule a placement class.
If a class is labeled Beginning I, II, III, or IV, this means that, while ability level, experience, and learning style are still considered, age is also a factor in determining which class a student is placed in.
If a class is labeled Pre-Ballet/Tap/Tumbling or Open Level, this means that anyone can sign up for the class as long as they are within the designated age range.
The age listed for each class refers to the age that the dancer will be on September 1st, 2025.
All returning students will receive a placement email from Angela within the next week that indicates which class(es) are recommended for you this coming school year.
